Ingredients
For the Oreo Crust
300 g Oreo cookies
80 g unsalted butter, meltedFor the Cheesecake Filling
500 g full-fat cream cheese, softened
250 ml heavy whipping cream, chilled
100 g icing (powdered) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
15 Oreo cookies, roughly crushedFor the Topping
150 ml whipped cream
8–10 Oreo cookies
Oreo crumbs for garnish
Chocolate drizzle (optional)
Directions
- Make the Crust
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs (including the filling).
Mix with melted butter until evenly coated.
Press firmly into the base of an 8-inch springform pan.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Filling
Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add icing sugar and vanilla extract and mix well.
In another bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream to medium-stiff peaks.
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Assemble
Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
Smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Decorate
Pipe whipped cream around the edges.
Top with whole and halved Oreo cookies.
Sprinkle Oreo crumbs over the cheesecake.
Add a chocolate drizzle if desired.

- Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture.
Chill overnight for the cleanest slices.
Do not overmix after adding the whipped cream to keep the filling light and fluffy.
