Ingredients
1. Sugar Cookies
2¾ cups (345 g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
- Make the Cookie Dough
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg, vanilla, and almond extract.
Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
Wrap and chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Shape the Popsicles
Roll the dough to about ¼ inch thick.
Cut using a popsicle-shaped cookie cutter.
Carefully insert a popsicle stick halfway into each cookie.
Chill the shaped cookies for 15 minutes before baking. - Baking
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, just until the edges begin to turn lightly golden.

Beat powdered sugar, meringue powder, vanilla, and water for about 5–7 minutes.
Divide into bowls.
